Terry Lowe is a well-known local chef who is passionate about Hawkes Bay. He has been recognized for his creativity and craft both locally and nationally. He feels inspired to be working in a region where there is an abundance of fresh produce and an amazing climate. Hawkes bay is a real food and wine destination, with a serious base of local businesses developing new and exciting products – from first pressed oils to quality artisan goods and award winning wine. As a chef he feels that you never stop learning and even if you cook all of your life you only “scratch the surface.” For this reason he loves cooking as “every day is a new day.”
